To select the appropriate UPS power supply, three points must be determined first: 1. What equipment do you need to use? Is there a motor in the equipment? 2. What is the power of your equipment? What is the voltage required? V input? 3. How long do you need a power outage for backup? After confirming these three points, you can be seated according to the contents of the three points. 1. If the equipment is just ordinary computers, servers and other equipment, then choose the power of UPS power supply according to 1.5 times of the total power of these load equipment. If there are inductive loads such as motors, compressors, water pumps, air conditioners, power equipment, etc. in the load, then choose the power of uninterruptible UPS according to 5 times of the total power of these load equipment. 2. The power of the equipment is the basis for your estimation of UPS power. Choose UPS power according to the multiple mentioned in the first point. Design the required voltage, that is, the input voltage of your load equipment. There will definitely be 220VAC 380VAC 110VAC (less in mainland China). 3. The time required for standby power outage determines whether your UPS power supply should be selected as standard machine (built-in battery model) or external battery model (long-lasting machine). If you don't require a long standby time for power failure, and you can have enough shutdown time as long as the power failure protection lasts for a few minutes, then choose the standard machine. If a long standby time is needed, then choose the long-lasting machine to be connected with a large-capacity UPS power battery. The specific calculation can be made according to this formula [(battery capacity * battery voltage * number of batteries)/load power] * power factor = load duration hours.
